Guilford Center for Children Early Education Lottery Time!
We have put in place a lottery system for fall 2026. This will provide equity for all seeking preschool at Guilford Center for Children Early Education.
To apply to the lottery, your child needs to have been born on or before September 1, 2023. This would make them 3 years old on or before September 1, 2026.
Applications to the lottery will be accepted January 1st-31st 2026. On February 2, 2026 classroom spots will be determined by the lottery. Once the 32 available classroom spots for 3 year-olds are full for fall 2026, an additional 32 names will be drawn to form a fixed waiting list.
If you have been chosen by the lottery for a classroom spot or a waiting list spot, you will be contacted by February 6, 2026.
